There are two types of possible submissions: full papers and short papers.
A full paper should present a research work developed to the point of producing original and relevant results, fully validated and discussed. In addition, the paper's presentation should contain a detailed and reasoned description of the research work, as well as consistent conclusions based on the results obtained. Submissions should describe research activities, reports of relevant experiences and case studies.
A short paper may describe an ongoing research work, a computational tool, practical experiments, or a combination of these contributions. In the case of tools and/or experiments, the paper should contain the following information: description and motivation of the problem solved by the tool; architecture of the solution and description of the main functionalities; URL where the tool is available; URL of the tool's documentation and description of the planned demonstration.
All papers must be submitted anonymously, that is, they should avoid any information in the heading of the paper, in the text and in the references that link the paper to the identity of the authors and their institutions.
The submission of articles will be exclusively electronic, through the system JEMS.Articles can be written in Portuguese or English and must be submitted only in PDF format. Full articles are limited to 14 pages, including figures, tables, references and appendices. Short articles are limited to 6 pages, including figures, tables, references and appendices.
